Ok guys.just wana inform that after 3 weeks of no internet.this morning I finally got my 3.5g speed.i guess u can still settle problem by calling 1111.
My problem maybe its just the signal got issue, not flag sim card. Hopefully I will not see any speed cap in future |

Anyway.for any of u who (finish yr quota)
And after 1am get 64kbps speed.this is How I counter that. After u finished yr kuota, theres a transition at 1am From slow speed to full speed. (Sometime) the Transition failed and ull get slow speed all the way. To counter that.set timer to on yr modem after 1am If u using phone.then u need to reboot yr phone after 1am
