What's the purpose of having university staff in the first place? To assist students, hence if they are not helpful (only know how to mind their business) why are they there?
By employing them, of course they are more knowledgeable than us (students), if we can't get their assistance, should i run around and ask students to help me instead?
And TS mentioned them being rude, so is that supposed to be normal?
