I plugged in my pendrives to my colleague PC, but I didn't know her PC got Trojan. Then I plugged in to my laptop and realised all files have went missing. Thought it was my pendrives problem, I use another pendrives to test. The other pendrives also all files went missing. Only I realised is a Trojan when my male colleague told me. Now my laptop and 2 pendrives got infected I was very unhappy because I use the laptop for my e-banking. Now I am very afraid and dare not even try e-banking. My bitdefender AV somehow useless and can't cure my laptop and pendrives

Cleaning can be tricky depending on what you're infected with. Might be a good idea to wipe and start afresh...
