Anyone renting unit in shopping mall ?, What is the price psf ?

After one month u need to find another tenant.... Double work I ask before with one mall, min. one year rent, plus option for additional one year and option to extend another one year , total 3years |

Heard management is cutting rental like crazy just to retain tenants to stay. Even with the hugely reduced rental some tenants still can't cover their cost |

It stated in klia2 getaway TA.
