Hi guys, I have bought a dualshock 4 from lazada dreamstore during march. The warranty from the product specification page there stated 1 year international manufacturer warranty.

Recently, the R2 button and triangle button has stopped working. Can i go to sony center and request a RMA for the ds4? Thanks

Don't know if you managed to sort out your problem but if you have the original e-mail receipt you should be able to print it out and bring it to a Sony Centre and they'll take it in under warranty. You can also e-mail Lazada and see what they say.
