Hi there. It has been about a year since I converted my postpaid account from Celcom to Maxis one plan 128. Just recently I found out from Maxis dealer regarding I'm entitled Maxis Home fibre rebate RM20 when bundle with Maxis one plan, which mean I only need to pay RM128 for my Maxis Home Fibre . However I'm paying full price (RM148) since I took Maxis One Plan.
I'm very disappointed on the MAXIS due to following,
1.Sale representative at TTDI branch never educated /explain detail to customer which caused I couldn't enjoy my entitlement of Maxis Home fibre rebate for 12months (RM240). I've called Maxis customer service yesterday and informed the customer service (Sarah) whether I can get back the earlier rebate of RM240 , however she unable to confirm.
2. Sale representative at TTDI branch irresponsible & cheating customer as they only pursue customer to sign package but never keep the promise. On 21/9/2014 , I went to the TTDI branch and convinced by the sales representative named NAS to convert postpaid plan from Celcom to Maxis. He promised I can buy the phone (HTC M8) at the promotion price after the line registered successfully (the 2nd day), however on the 2nd day I went to Low Yat branch but they told me that the promotion price no longer valid although I converted to Maxis One Plan. I've tried to called Nas (Sale representative from TTDI branch ) but he just ignore whatever he promised. End up I've bought the HTC M8 at higher price.
3. NOT customer oriented.
I sincerely hope someone can SERIOUSLY look into this matter.
Tq & Regards,
Woo
