Wanted to cancel my broadband today but after I've called up they said the termination department is not working? Are you seriously kidding me? Last two months I also called up on weekend for cancellation and they able to assist me. When the moment I really wanted to terminate, you guys said they're off? Bad service! Gonna terminate!
