Not Receiving TAC SMS from banks

Hi,
I have a problem for receiving TAC sms from banks (Maybank, CIMB, etc). I'm currently at oversea using a basic phone (Nokia 100 model). Since 15/09/15, I'm unable to receive the sms from Maxis, banks, promotion which starts with 6xxxx. I'm still able to send/receive sms to normal hp number.
My hp number is 012 2xxxx94. Can you check for me please?

Rectification work is in progress and will resolved by end of this week. We hate to do this and we know it’s really annoying, so we’ll try to get it back up and running shortly.
