Customer since 2010. No call from Maxis for counter offer after I submitted application to Celcom. Just receive SMS from Maxis to confirm port. Wonder what's the eligibility for counter offer.

If they do not want to offer something like others telco, at least give a free upgrade to loyal customers that have been with them for the past few years.I knew they will offered an upgrade but I still insisting of switching. |

port to celcom last two weeks. was waiting for their counter offer and even call to their CS, not even a single offer give. So, i went straight to port out and choosed celcom.. Been with Maxis for years and with frequent of roaming & oversea calls (averaging RM400). Please revise your Maxis One Plan package seriously... it does not make sense especially 1GB for RM98

guys, dont bother to call in maxis and ask for that special offer or what. They not going to offer you anyway. It's a waste of time as they already have been receiving too many calls from customers to get that offer. If they keep offer customers, soon it's going to "burst".
Good for those who received this offer, bad for those who are still paying the "premium" price. |

I have been a loyal maxis subscriber since the first Hotlink prepaid being introduced in 1999 when I was studying, and subsequently changed to postpaid with the same number when I started working.
Almost 20 years down the road: never change number, never change telco. I am just a fucking retard for still using Maxis. Shall switch to other Telcos within the next few days. |
