Maxis charging me RM199 on my bill for a modem I never bought. Got them to check it out and said it will take 3 days. However, my line is blocked and is unable to use the broadband. Told their customer service I am using the broadband for work. Was told the system automatically block the line and there is nothing they can do other than waiting for an other team to feedback and update them. I Maxis going to reimburse me on the lost income? This is totally unacceptable. Firstly, they try to charge me RM199 and then asked for me to be patience and give them 3 days to investigate and then blame me not paying my bill and blocked my line. Is this how a big cooperate behave? Does anyone know if there is any channel I can make an official complaint?
