How is the status of your system now? Can we Port out? Why You dont have issue to port in and only have issue to port out? How is it possible?

I port out 6 numbers to UMobile from Maxis recently. No issues. Must settle all outstanding bills and penalty (if any).

Maxis too expensive. Previously I paid RM 50 per line without data. Now, UMobile giving 3GB for U28. For my workers, good enough. Last time, each team need to carry a mobile hotspot to use data.

I'm using Prepaid. So no outstanding bills and penalty. Recently mean when? This week?

Just last week. Mine all postpaid btw. Prepaid not sure. Maybe that could be the reason?

1 thing i dont understand is that, how come they have problem with port out and no problem with port in..

Im also having problem porting out from #hotlink.
The CS said need to reapply again after 25 sept.
anyone also having same issue?

i port out 2x from maxis. done in less than 24hrs each porting brows.gif

So do it.. I told them I dont want to reapply cause its not my job nor my fault since its the system problem. I demand them to reapply.

Hello, i have requested port out for a number, and had to request the other telco to re-submit request 3- 4 times now. Was informed system issue, and to resubmit on 26 Sept, then 28 Sept, and today informed to resubmit n 10 Oct. Can you please advice when will this issue be sorted?? Thanks

Very inconvenient caused by maxis... when october comes they will extend again. Its a never ending extention.

i just port out from maxis last month, i am having a problem to port out as well.
it took almost 2days to process, end up failed also.
The telco that i should be porting in called to check with me, and ask to resummit request to port out from existing telco.
so it takes more than 3 days to port out from maxis.
i am using postpaid anyways

Understand that there was an ongoing system enhancement that caused the port in/port out requests were rejected. With these occurrences, we are deeply apologize for any inconvenience experience unsure.gif

At this point of time, the system enhancement has been fully implemented and it is back to its optimum operation flex.gif
