This is exactly what happened to me 2 months back. It was restructuring (already completed by now), and i was given PIP. Mistakes everybody make, but to achieve 100% performance target was simply impossible. I resigned, and got some form of compensation.

I believe we are in a global recessionary trend.. Starting.

Btw can u explain what is PLP skills?
