Play victim again? I dont understand a slight deviation from his routine can cause one to  start ranting and go cry foul.

He must have enjoyed dumping all the mails in the bank/office lobby and go enjoy tea somewhere everyday before.

Before he start to go all kecian and ask for sympathy with his predicament... he can for once, deliver them all .. then report the situation to his own office/poslaju HQ . this is a classier way to respond.

You cannot simply tabur your stuff merata-rata...especially at bank somemore. Use brain sikit lah. besides, not his fault if the receipient refused to collect pun. Put in remarks column lah.
