very informative thread regarding paypal...

i have 1 question to ask. lets say i want purchase stuff from ebay, i need to have a paypal account since most ebay uses paypal to complete their transaction.

so if i register for paypal, can i buy paypal funds from ppl like in lowyat selling them and transfer it to my account without verifying?

to simplify the process : is there anyone that sells paypal fund could just bid the item for me in ebay and i just pay him/her accordingly.
