i am hotlink youth club user i want to deactivate internet gprs or 4g for my number 017-86XXX33 (number i sent to inbox)

the problem is i was call 123 help line and talk to mr pabin to request disable my sim card internet funtion but he say he cannot help me.

so i have to request here to disable my internet funtion for tis sim card.

my number suddenly deduct rm10 for gprs but at that time i at home and phone connect to wifi but my mobile data already off.

i will sent same prove to urs.



so now i need is request to disable my internet pay per use funtion. i use this number for call and sms only..
