Can Maxis define what offer is promoted here in the message? Before I accepted the offer I was using Maxis one plan 128 so instead of upgrading my internet data, Maxis ammended my plan to One plan 158 which I had never request for. I've spoken to your cust serv and being informed that I can't downgrade my plan back to it's original one as it is still tied to 24 months contract. I am pleased talking to your cust serv for constantly patient assisting on my problem and I do understand that nothing much could be done from her end. What really got me in deep frustration is how Maxis is coming out with such misleading promotion and forcefully ammended my plan. So called promotion turned out to be plan change binding WITH CONTRACT. Just have a look on what your competitor is offering. Rm 70 for 7gb internet data and unlimited free calls. If you want to sustain a strong relationship with your customer, pls do not take your cust for granted and neglect their needs. I have no intention of changing to such high tier plan and hopefully Maxis will consider to retract the 158 plan and change it back as it was. Hope to get your prompt reply on my case. Thanks.
