Apart from the explosion early this year in KA, any other leakages or explosions during its decades of operation there?
Hows the air quality there...anyone got input? As in smell?

im living in sendayan for 20 years..
im originate from the felda itself..
some said, ppl die..
some said bad air..
some said bau busuk..

for 15 years i think, there's no dead in sendayan caused by this KA thingy..
for same 15 years, xde pon bau ape2..
as far as i know, if u jog around that area u sure feel something..
but even that KA just behind my kg i also can lived quite ok..

i just dont want ppl get a bad idea about this KA..
i know its not that save for children, but for real to me its safe enuf to lived..
well we lived in city more pollute than there also..

u got a good point here..
there's something good about the amenities and facilities in bss..
and from my POV they will be a more like a superb investment once the TUDM base is open..
im not good at properties thingy but still its a good reason i guess

the problem with gadong is most of the residence there kinda something..
same like sendayan indah..
but other than that for me still worth it la..
because my mum house currently at that kg felda sendayan..

so thinking about either gadong or mantau..
mantau gonna be a bit higher cause its kinda near to s2..
