this is not normal practice. better give up the 2% than take the risk.
have you pay any booking fees? if yes then it is good enough to entitle for the 2%

A complete snp with buyer details and unit details is a REQUEST but not a MUST do thing from developer ke?
I never know this developer can do things this way😕

yeah some developer required one to sign snp within certain period of time to entitle for additional rebate. but blank snp is just too much. rclxub.gif
maybe you can fill up the details on your own or make a copy of the signed snp to safe guard yourself if you keen to get the 2%.
