I was looking at rental market in BSS and found the price to be extreme low, $800-1100 for a 2 storey terrace? way below mortgage payment. I guess it's suitable for own stay only and can forget about investment.

by the time HSR complete in 2026 (provided no delays) bank interest would have wipe out all the gains!

Thank u for the explanation, I guess property price has reached its peak. I better look for those near KL with better rental returns for investments.
next year when china developers come to Selangor, hope can see 400psf condo with mixed developement..

Furhtermore N9 is a small state with very little population, Seremban is more than adequate to handle all gov administrative work.. BSS will never be like Putrajaya.

Own stay if are retiring should be ok, too far to drive to work on daily basis, rental if u look at various website, it's between RM$800-1000 and too many units up for rental.

if really interested to buy, wait a while, lelong unit may come up soon for those without holding power

It's not the development I'm worried about, with nice clubhouse, good lay-out for terrace house n semi-D, upcoming mall, I would say it's pretty well developed

It's the low occupancy rate and many bought for investment part. it may turn into ghost town and many break-ins!

hope it won't be like another Port Dickson project. Now that place so many houses empty..people bought for investment and wanted to rent out to tourist and such..now some condo and houses looks abandoned. very eerie at night icon_question.gif
