How is the confidence level here?
I am tempted to put in money after reading the grand plans the government has made. The 2000+ ha for manufacturing. Who will drive the investment into here? |

This is by far the largest multipurpose property development that is facilitated by the government and funded by private investors.
As the indicative prices are not attractive or interesting I will KIV this project and revisit the progress in 5 years. |
