Currently it take about 35 minutes from BSS to KLIA, when SKLIA Highway is ready the traveling time will be reduced to 20 minutes thumbup.gif

Apart from tax exemption, investment tax allowance on qualifying expenditure, import duty exemption for equipment etc, I hope government can introduce lower tax rate eg 15% for knowledge worker like Iskandar Malaysia, with this sure many KV people will come to MVV or BSS in particular biggrin.gif

Really look forward for Jibkor to announce MVV detail in Q1 2017. biggrin.gif

China Railway Group Ltd (CREC) going to develop Rasah Kemayan Golf and Country Club into 77 acres housing project: 835 residential units comprising duplex, double-storey terraced house and semi-dees.

This golf club just next to Ara Sendayan, well PRC developers are everywhere in Malaysia, from KL, Kuantan, JB, Penang and now in Seremban. tongue.gif

According to mpn, sendayan will be converted as state admin centre (kompleks pentadbiran kerajaan negeri) but map attached was not clearly visible. Apart from that, it also mentioned about few new industrial companies currently under construction in Techvalley

Yes, NS State Government has acquire 55 acres next to Icon Park & TUDM Academy however no construction as at todate.
