Can request, usually they will give a set of dates and you choose. I already told my agent, I can only do it on weekends.
Mine was installed on a Saturday.

I've been on the list for TM traffic throttling many times lol. Tried to download a bunch of large updates from steam just now and found my dl speed was dropping gradually down to oblivion << sign of traffic throttle

Im still facing slow downloads only on Apple servers, itunes, ipsw downloads and apps downloads are super slow.

u r not alone... a lot unifi user facing this issue.

u call TM and scold them.

Called and made a report. They say they will send a technician to my place. The thing is not all unifi users are affected.

Other downloads are okay just that from Apple its slow as snail...average 5kbs...

pretty weird..i got no issue downloading from Apple server
seems like it's a location based issue..

Anyone got weird download speed? For 30mbps user only.

Subscribe to 30mbps a month back and downloading average 3.2-3.5mbps but yesterday I just realize my download is around 1.9-2.3mbps. Do a speedtest my speed is on 19mbps only on average.

Like i'm been throttle and 30% of my download speed gone =.=

in tat case u need call TM and ask them reset ur port.

if reset still same issue, den TM ppl will come ur house to check.

can someone advise the mcmc link, and other relevant info to lodge a report .... my speed is so subpar....

even in the best of conditions i haven't seen my internet go beyond 2 Mb/s and then when doing test i score under 5mbps !

and not to mention latency which is beyond usable for gaming. mission impossible.

at least with my previous 10mbps i got 80% most of the time and no latency issues. only now i get both issues in 30mbps package .... wtf

peoples whos using unifi30 how is it?

Upgraded from VIP 10 to Unifi 30.

The speed is really unbearable, even though speedtest shown full 30mbps

Youtube streaming will stuck at 144p,

steam download speed obviously will drop from 2mb to less than 100kb per sec, gradually.

Have i been throttled? any solutions....

but now testing with sg server - dead (dl speed like snail)
medan server - snail speed also
bangkok server - snail also
i mean snail refer as less than 1mbps
I'm using VIP10

No problem to Singapore server here...

Hi guys, just got back from bora2 island, banned 3 days because i rant about UniFi superb service.

Anyway, just want to update, around 2PM today i updated my iPhone 6 Plus OTA for iOS 9, which is around 2GB, it only takes around 16 minutes to download & install. Im quite surprised as its really fast. Then at 6.30PM i restored my phone using iTunes (cause i prefer clean install after try the iOS 9), downloaded the ipsw directly from iTunes and yup, speed is still fast around 20-25 minutes download already completed.

But then tonight around 9PM when i want to download apps from appstore speed is slow again. My bro using Android device said his phone connection really slow, he play games (COC, marvel champion) he said loading time is really slow. Later i want to update my iPad using iTunes and see whats the speed like.

My latency ingame has spiked from 300+ to 500+. WTF Unifi

Hey guys,
Just upgraded my streamyx 4mbps into Unifi 50mbps,but there's a problem with my download speed
The speedtest shows a fine result but then when something's wrong,
The dl speed aren't stable,slow buffering on 720p..
Tried to download some video from youtube,and i only got 120kbps peak,
But on the steam download,i reach 5.5mbps at peak,but it aint constant,much like 30-50 sec at peak and it will drop down to 100 - 300kbps..
Did i miss something?what could posibbly go wrong?
