Got a call from TM marketing yesterday. Offered me Rm179 for 30mbps package with Hypptv Aneka pack, 600 minutes free call and hypptv everywhere for 2 concurrence devices. She said after 600 mins finish, the rate will go back to normal rate of free calls to all TM fixed line and 10sen/min to others. I'm currently on VIP10 @ rm179 as well.

I accepted the offer but now worried if she BS me on the phone rate after 600 mins is over. My wife could talk on the phone for over 30 hrs per month. Anyone else get same package offer?

When i use the new hypptv white box,

I have problem using the YOUTUBE APP. "NETWORK ERROR 410"

I can/able to use kodi to watch youtube using the addons. Can watch other adons aswell...

The problem cannot view is when using the youtube app itself. "Youtube " (cannot load any thumbnail) or "youtube for tv" (can load thumbnail but cannot play video because of network error).

Is there anybody who can watch youtube using the app itself uding this new hypptv box?

I have upgrade from 10mbps to 30mbps.

The problem im facing now is when i am playing online video like youtube, initially it will play for fews second but then it will pause for another few seconds and continue to play again. I try few devices (smartphone, tablet, laptop) tested, all result is same.The loading is not stable (slow) compare to the previous 10mbps connection.

I've make complaint to TM, they check everything is OK with the connection even i invite them to my house to have troubleshoot. Until now they still havent solve my problem.

Does anyone here facing this situation as mine?

Having the same problem with my new hypptv white box. Other apps can install but youtube unable to play. I try to search new youtube app but it stated that the app is not compatible with this device. Anyone able to make it work?

i stream netflix using US VPN not facing this problems also ...LOL...first 5mins streaming got buffering , but for the next 1.5hours , no issue d

Mine is also OK. Everything seems fixed, I forgot to take out my iPad to update my apps.

deswai I recommend everybody to report to MCMC first then wait for TM HQ to call. later got no back up for you.
I hampir kena like you at TMPoint Taipan. I cucuk back with TM HQ phone no. problem settle within 30 minutes.

Have lodged enquiry via UniFi OCC for telemarketing to call me for the upgrade offer.

Let's see how's the best offer could be negotiated should they call me...

Just installed my new Unifi 30 + Ruby Pack.
However, when i turn on HyppTV, all channels are made available to me including sports. i asked the installer, he say that is my package?

Is it the first month free all channel or they suscribe the wrong package for me?

Free for one month for new subscribers.

Also everytime new channel introduced, free for one month for everyone.

From time to time, all subscribers also may get free viewing for certain weeks.

Any suggestion for good router that signal can go far.Currently using TP Link router and very frustrated with the performance.Max speed i could get from my subscribe 30mb speeds is <10mb.
