WiFi should work if you just disable hardware NAT.

If it's not working, try a different firmware. TP-LINK is very inconsistent on Unifi nowadays.

Thanks man, you are my saviour. I been running down & up stairs for the passed few days.

I had to reflash the firmware for it to work though. I tried older firmware, that one can only on/off NAT, doesn't specify hardware or not. Then I tried latest international version, couldn't connect to unifi. So in the end back to latest m'sia ver and it worked.

This question had been asked iver and over again. If you dont want iptv, get vip5 at rm 149 or else you will have to take packages comes with iptv

So its been a week since I filed complaints with MCMC and CFM over the whole RM199 for 30mbps fiasco ... no reply from either and no contact from TMNet.

Wondering what I should do next.

No need to wait for calls. Just go to Tm point and settle it there. Many people (including me) did that already. I complained to SKMM on Monday. I didn't wait for their calls. I went to TM point on Wednesday and settle it. And finally, I received a call from TM HQ on Friday. They said they did received a case from SKMM, but they also realized that I have settled it on Wednesday. So all is good.

Right now, SKMM/CFM complaint is not a must anymore since TM already agree to give the discount to all the super early birds. The problem right now is you need to know which TM point could give you the discount (as we knew there's few of TM point still don't know anything about it yet).

Problem is I have to take a day off to go there.

Did anyone manage to resolve it at TMPoing Kepong? Seems like most of their staff don't know about this and I don't want to take a day off and go there and be met with blank faces.

I lodged my complaint with SKMM and CFM on 16th October. Been 10 days and no reply. :/

Edit: Ok browsing through the thread it seems like some people have said they got it sorted at Kepong. Though it seems like it was a deal where they are migrated to the new package and the contract is reset. Is this the case for everyone else as well?

Just go to TM Point UTC Pudu, it opens daily until 10.00 p.m.
It is closed between 7-8 p.m. for break and opens sharp at 8.00 p.m. I did mine there last Wednesday, no issue at all. I didn't take leave and took my own sweet time there via LRT. biggrin.gif

I complaint to CFM, TM HQ call me few days after and send technician to check.
But result no good because speed wise no improvement.

Edit: Most of the servers I tested on were not at random. Selected as their host have best performance with TM network/ip range & vice versa it seems.
