Gosh my friend just update me saying that he asked for upgrade from VIP20 to Unifi Advance 30 before contract end, not recontract from 30Mbps directly, guess we're doomed

Edit: Just sent them a second enquiry asking them to contact me, saying that I am planning to lodge a report to MCMC if this doesn't sort out properly.

Any template you used to complain at MCMC website? I have submitted my second complain through OCC saying that I'm going to complain to MCMC if they doesn't resolve my case, if they come back with the same excuse then I'm going to voice out to MCMC

Out of patience already, just went to MCMC website and file them a complaint.

Huraian Masalah Problem Description
I have subscribed to Unifi 30Mbps just about less than a month ago (23/9/15). On 15/10/15, they release an exactly same package(RM179) for RM20 lesser than the package I have signed (RM199). I have complained to them on their OCC website and their response is just a simple template to push away us as the loyal customer who be their early bird tester, but instead we are the one that paying more to them for the same package as the new subscriber which is given the priority as 'early bird' package who applied the same package starting 15/10/15 onward. ( Billing ID - xxxxxxx )

Tuntutan Remedy
I would like to reclaim the RM20 per month discount from TM side for my Unifi 30Mbps package, and would like them to apologize to all the customers who are loyal and subscribed for their testing phase of a product and yet we are the one that are getting butchered for more expensive price.

Got called from TM regarding my complaint to MCMC. She say wait till my bill for this month and see if they gave me the rm20 discount, if they don't then I can go to any nearby tm point and tell them TM HQ asked them to give the discount. If they say need official information then I can just give her a call directly since she's handling my case from the HQ.

Went to TM point today for the price reduction, now my OCC got the rm20 discount at VAS. Not sure if they removed my free calls since the residential voice still included in my VAS.
