I am from the Grecian Night Annual Dinner committee would like to invite Maxis to be our sponsor in our upcoming event.

The Grecian Night is to be held on 16th December 2015 at Holiday Villa Subang. However, we desperately need financial aid in order to make it possible. We are senior students from a school in Shah Alam independently organizing an Annual Dinner event to celebrate each other before we go our separate ways. We will have around 200 pax of students attending. Our main purpose is to have one last event to tighten friendship bonds and have a great time together before we bid farewell. The rough expenses of this event totals up to almost RM30K. Our committee are selling tickets to raise funds, doing other fundraising events, pitching in our own cash to make it happen. We would like to ask that you consider on giving a sponsorship at any amount in cash or in a form of any other things (goodie bags etc.) just to secure the possibility of this annual dinner.

Most of our students are using Maxis as their mobile carrier. This would benefit Maxis as a sponsor by receiving positive media attention from our attendees, as well as to promote. As a popular mobile carrier company, you are an ideal partner for our party of majority Maxis users.

Ermm..im not from Maxis..but this is NOT how you should ask for sponsorship from a corporate body...There should be a formal proposal.

haha sorry, i wasn't sure how formal i was supposed to be, i just referred to their other proposals on their past forum page (https://forum.maxis.com.my/forum_forum.asp?FORUM_ID=120) to get an idea how their sponsorship proposals are like & most of them are kept short and "informal" like mine!
