I'm not quite sure on this but worth to try. Since you have the streamyx id, you should have an account with TM. Try log in to that streamyx accs and try whether there is online bill/statement. Or look for some sort of usage report in that accs or even the proof to indicate you are the registered owner for the streamyx line.

QUOTE(protonw @ Mar 9 2011, 11:07 AM) I called their customer service d, and they also dont know how to settle this. Think maybe need to pay a visit to TM. You should have unique streamyx id, use that id to register an online account in TM website. I just log into my accs, can view the bills online as well as payment history & etc.Anyone having same predicament here |

QUOTE(de.crystal @ Mar 11 2011, 10:34 AM) does that mean if life premium is RM4k but KWSP is RM3k Not sure whether i'm answering your question but just to share my understanding on this paragraph...under life+KWSP, we can only claim for RM6k then the extra from life premium can be claimed under annuity? "Premium on new annuity scheme or additional premium paid on existing annuity scheme commencing payment from 01/01/2010 (amount exceeding RM1,000 can be claimed together with life insurance premium)" Since EPF & Life is limited to RM6,000 and annuity is limited to RM1,000. If you have annuity premium of RM3,000 and your EPF & life is RM5,000, you can claim EPF & life RM5,000 and annuity premium RM2,000, that gives you total deduction of RM7,000. QUOTE(zenwell @ Mar 21 2011, 11:33 AM) @nemo2, Zenwell, you login to which website? tmbill.tm.net.my? the TM cust service told me to login here where i can view my billings, but i can only see the past 3 mths. @protonw, i also took the hp package, but mine is rm139 per mth. so how ar? if income tax ppl come knocking can we just give them our streamyx id, and then cc statement to show that the amount is deducted from there? Not to worry ler, as long as you hv the document to support your broadband subscription (registered under your own name). Actually, I dint even bother to keep the monthly bills. You should only worry when you have not subscribed to full year and yet wish to claim for the relief |

Yes, in income tax term they call it as initial & capital allowances, which effectively allow you to deduct from your business profit in stages.
