hi i would like to know if we purchase sports ware ie. pants, shirt and shoes are they deductible ?

ok thanks. if currently im paying epf about rm286 per month. but the maximum amount for epf is about 6k am i allowed to bank in the remaining sum to max it out to 6 k?
