Hi All,

I am currently employed in KL and doing my duty to pay tax as citizen.
I got an offer to work and transfer to Singapore to work next few months. I have following question below:

1. When I move to Singapore to work, I will not have any income in Malaysia anymore (no BE form), am I still subject to tax where income gain from Singapore?
2. I am currently holding some shares in KLSE, if I declare that as income, I might be able to get some money from the government after all the personal relief, am I right?
3. If totally I have no income in Msia, can I still file in tax return, I suppose gov will need to pay me money?

Thanks, Will

For point no. 2 and 3, if i buy a cheap house and rent it out say RM 700 per month and declare that as rental income, I suppose I would be entitle to get back some refund from Gov after all the deduction etc, will this work?
