If you get travelling allowances RM6000 and your company add that figure to your total PENGGAJIAN...that's totally WRONG !!!
Either put in Section G or don't add to PENGGAJIAN

Tell your HR to fix it

If my sister pay for my parents medical bill, can i claim it as relief for my tax?

My sister won't file the relief for those bills.

But some of the bills, she paid by credit card.

However inside the bills, they only mentioned credit card but not name, not sure whether they will go to the extent to check the name.

if don't have sister name just waive it ...

or if they check, you can argue that you the one pay the money but using sister's credit card ... tongue.gif
