It's employer responsibility to disclose it to LHDN.

One thing that I'd missed when under employment is my employer's contribution to my EPF. Now as a sole proprietor, it seems that regardless of how I put it, even with self contribution, the max I could claim would be the 6k epf relief. Is there any way to make it so that my contribution to EPF would be deducted as a business expense? For an example, hiring myself and contributing to my epf account as an employer?

You need to show tax invoice/receipt bearing your parents name.
If it covered by insurance, you can't claim it.

googled and found this...

b) Must the medical expenses be incurred at, or paid to, a government hospital or clinic?
Can treatment at a private hospital or traditional Chinese treatment/medical hall qualify for deduction?

Can buying supplements for parents from overseas (iherb.com) claim tax relief? Parents are <60 years old.

Secondly, I bought books last year but I can't find the receipt. Should i exclude it out or include it and only worry if they audit me. Amount is not big.
