does MCC 6540 (boost) qualify for cash rebate?

because i am getting conflicting information from live chat agent
she tell me TnG qualify and Boost not qualify
i spend RM500 on TnG and RM800 on Boost
Ended up i get RM16 cashback which should point to Boost
the half way chat she said wanna arrange call back after checking with the relevant department

Anyway, im making payment for my first statement for aeon.

Due date is 17/11.

I made payment yesterday 10am, but until today check with aeon CS they say they did not receive payment. They say 3 working days for IBG. Shouldnt it be nornal IBG time? And I did ask what happened if they did not receive my payment by 17/11. Then she say will kena interest even tho i paid on 12/11.

Normally how many working days ur payment reflected in ur account?

I think the system just slow to give cash back, not the pool finish so early, i remember last time mine also like that, cash back in after statement out, so it will appear in next statement.

I got my Oct statement and received for BP reload. Can't remember what time but I'm not the sort to do midnight reload one. Should be like Oct 1st evening time.

EDIT: Just checked my OTP history, received the OTP at 12:10 pm (afternoon) on 1st October. So definitely not the case that BP is now excluded, nor the case that finish super early in the day.

My SMS shows topup at 12:15 pm on 1st Oct, got the cashback. As posted previously.

My BP top up on Oct 1 didn't get CB in Nov statement... should I call CS to check or...?

Hmm seems I'm the outlier, so I decide to check back.

On 10th november I received RM25, but it looks different, it's now a CASH REBATE rather than OVERSEAS AND ONLINE TRANSACTION CASH REBATE.

Suspect this may be SST reversal rather than online rebate, due to that.

Since many user say did not earn CB for Bigpay, I believe they already excluded

Yes, Oct is my first month. My statement date is 25 Nov 19. The cashback transaction date is 2 Nov 19, and the posting date is 10 Nov 19.

Since i didnt get my cb for bigpay topup on 1 oct, aeon call me today and said cashback will be manually added to my january statement (will be done on 2 january 2020).

Apparently they’re some ‘system issue’.

12.10pm. but if u complaint - the super lazy CS will just say got montly capped, so if u didnt receive, it might be due to quota fully utilised. then i tembak the CS by saying i can't believe the quota can be fully utilised as fast as that. please do proper checking before telling me it MIGHT be due to the quota has been fully utilised.
