Based on experience from others, which branch is the easiest and fastest when comes to application?

I had bad experience with Aeon Credit Centre in MV, they locked my application in drawer without submitting it when I applied for Aeon Gold.. Luckily it was solved at the end. Or has it improved? Or shall I go to the CS counter at departmental floor in MV?

last time took 1 month for me included their delivery card

now think wan or not to apply cause aeon is well known for slow turtle processing

but their BT processing improve a bit liao

Please note Aeon Big Subang Jaya 'lost' my application as the staff that took it resigned. However new staff (3 weeks later) found it and then contacted me regarding it (this was after I raised a complaint). After that was smooth.

Mine may be considered special case though, more of an individual's fault than the system problem.

Mine application got "lost" too at Aeon Big Subang Jaya. After file complaint, someone magically found my application.

I DOUBT is special case or Individual fault. I suspect they might be using our personal info from our application form to do something malicious.

AEON Big MV has large banners advertising 5% + 10% on member day, how does this work? AFAIK, on 28th, 5% instant discount for member, 5% CB for paywave?

Another thing, today Visa paywave terminals all down at MV? Then nobody gets 5% CB?

Only pay through paywave can enjoy the 5% CB?

My staff just told me there is Aeon credit card sent to office for me today. The verification call just happened on 2nd March and today already received the card via Poslaju. That's fast.

If our cc account in AeonMalaysia website, how do we see the unbilled transaction? It is if statement has out, then unbilled transaction will be taken away?

Oh really?! I didn't notice it shown invalid or expired card when the cashier swipe the orange card.. Coz i paid with my AEON BIG CC too which already link with my AEON Big orange member card.. Next time I will c wat it shown when they swipe the orange card, if really no use, then I will throw the orange card.. But, if I don want to pay by AEON BIG CC card, I need to give the credit card for them to accumulate points too since as u said the orange card is invalid d..

The one at Kepong installed the barrier gate and parking ticket dispenser months ago then removed not long after that. So still free parking

Wanna ask if I use this card to pay bills on UOBpayonline (i.e TNB/DBKL assessment), will I get 2% rebate for online transaction? Has anyone tried?

  8th also no cash back? I got cash back for Paywave transactions at Aeon Big up to 19 Mar.
