Mine application got "lost" too at Aeon Big Subang Jaya. After file complaint, someone magically found my application.

I DOUBT is special case or Individual fault. I suspect they might be using our personal info from our application form to do something malicious.

went to aeon big MV last nite..quite late edi for abit of grocery shopping..then this promoter chasing me asking to sign up for this card.

I don't like Gold but oh well, that's the highest rank for Aeon.

My 2% online and overseas cashback doesn't seem to tally. How to check arr?

The 2 % online spending does it includes purchases like airfares, accommodations (hotels), bus tickets etc?

Unlike other 5% or 2% CR, CR for petrol on Sunday does not have the "Total Cash Rebate" cap right?

seems like it, no mention of the pool/cap in T&Cs or anywhere.

my husband applied at Aeon Big kepong too on 29 Dec
we got it by today

but I informed the SA to proceed fast as i wan use it on 20 Jan
and i called 2 times to the customer service to ask them proceed it fast ! during Mid of Jan.
luckily approved and received it!
