Starting frm last mth the description is only cash rebate instead of online & oversea spending rebate

This month I received 2 CBs, one of which is the missing online CB for 1-11-2019 spend as promised by CS who actually called me last week that it will be credited in the 10-2-2020 statement.

I’ve tried it myself in December. And the answer is, yes, eligible, both Boost and Bigpay counted as ‘online’. I get my RM25 for Boost spending in Dec on 10 Jan.

Im just sick on reloading using aeon CC with BP always fail.

Thanks. I suppose the big amount of rm1250 also triggered the OTP requirement.

Hi guys. I activated my card on 28th december and I’ve made quite a few transactions with the card. I’ve received rm25 cashback for annual fee after spending rm150 and i’m waiting for my statement. Am I going to receive any statement this month or I’ll only receive it next month? I read here statement is dated 10th of the month.

It has been over two months and I've already met all the spend requirements, yet still no call or email from AEON. Tried calling them many times to check the status yet always get the standard reply, that their credit card department is busy and will contact me back but never did.
