What's so great of this card that you are willing to pledge for FD (assuming if Aeon Big accepts)?

Based on experience from others, which branch is the easiest and fastest when comes to application?

I had bad experience with Aeon Credit Centre in MV, they locked my application in drawer without submitting it when I applied for Aeon Gold.. Luckily it was solved at the end. Or has it improved? Or shall I go to the CS counter at departmental floor in MV?
