KLIA 2 has 2 ppl,one at gate L and 1 is at outside food court area there, above Jaya maybe, no need boarding pass, went there twice.

cash back and cash pool are different thing.
Cash back is money they give back to u for spending in certain category, normally credit back early next month for this card.
Cash pool is their cash allocation for the said period, 11th this month to 10th next month, if this cash pool finish, you cannot earn any cash back.

actually I quite confident to get cash back from this card promo, maybe until I failed once.

Because from my observation, 1. not every user are aware of the promos, as myself, if I'm not browsing here, I won't know got some promos for this card.
2.user who frequently use this card for spending not as much as other popular cash back card, like me, I only use this card when got promo that match my spending style, if not about the promo, I very very seldom use this card.
3. for long period promos, usually they will split the quota into certain days or weeks, so by middle or near end of promos, some are already spent and some are forgotten about the promos, that's will be your chance to strike.

I sometime don't get when they credit cash back.
Sometime in same statement with the transaction, sometime in next statement after the transaction statement. But as long as I still get the cash back, there should be no problem, and i spent for promo which is 15% than the standard 2% CB. hopefully can get 17%CB

eg. I got my cash back credited on 2nd Dec from my oversea transaction which was on 6 Nov, different statement

No, it does not mean you need to spend on each Saturday lah , the statement mean every Saturday in the weeks during the period. Once your spent till max cash back, you can stop spending.

I think the system just slow to give cash back, not the pool finish so early, i remember last time mine also like that, cash back in after statement out, so it will appear in next statement.

Will shown in any day in November 1-30th, don't worry, just time matter.

Spent/Reload bigpay on 3rd Jan did not received cash back, let see reload big pay on 1st Feb still can get cash back or not.

If the cash back pool always finish so fast, this card is no longer useful to me.
