Giro IBG to pay Aeon card 3 days ago, but till today, the online website doesn't show any reduction of outstanding balance.

Called CS, was told that payment has been received, but the online site won't show until next statement.  Next Statement!

i'm getting worried. made payment through maybank2u ibg on 24 Dec, till now still haven't reflect on my unbilled nor past transactions. I selected Citibank and put my full name instead of "AEON Credit for xxx" as I cannot fill-up my full name over the limited column..

guys, forgot to do any transactions on dec...aeon big gold card

so no waiver for annual fee? or is the 12 swipe no need each month?can swipe all 12 in a month?

go buy groceries at aeon big on a sunday and gets 5% discount..pay with paywave so entitle to another 5%...10% discount..win right?

what's the format of AEON login ID? I forgot my login ID after wiping out the cookies of my laptop -.-''

erm, do you remember what exactly is the login ID requirement?

even the reset password system need me to input my login ID

I cannot find Aeon Credit under Beneficiary Bank in the PBB and Standard Chartered Bank ebanking. Any alternative?

guys and gals, 2 quick questions:
1 - aeon big gold can enter lounge without charging the flight ticket to the card, right?
2 - for KLIA, is PPL or Flight Club better?

No boarding pass also can enter, as long as you have the entitled credit card for FREE access

for luggage collection, klia 2 is slow, if KLIA is quite fast.
KLIA 2 has 2 ppl,one at gate L and 1 is at outside food court area there, above Jaya maybe, no need boarding pass, went there twice.

member card is not compulsory. but it's free, and it gives you points, especially during member sales and CB with wave. why not?

update: when your credit card is approved, you can throw away the member card. your member id/number is already on the credit card then.

how do you guys pay your bills for Aeon beside going to AEON / credit center ?

i tried transferring it from my ambank / cimb acc ... but cant find the bank
no available?

i asked for other banks to reconfirm because I do not have citibank

So can we enter the PPL at Gateway KLIA2 for free without boarding pass if we show them the Aeon Big Gold CC?

Has anyone tried entering The Green Market at KLIA2 concourse with the card? According to AEON Credit's FAQ, we should be entitled to '1 set menu of choice', is that true?
