On paper is 3 hours but if it is not crowded, they won't chase you away. I never stay more than an hour though.

I don't go to airport super early, usually will reach 2 hours before flying, so by the time I check in and all, I don't have much time left. Grab a quick bite and off to boarding gate.

Well, not all PPLs open 24 hours. So you have to check the one. Preferable the one before immigration area, else how can you check in so many hours in advance? I don't think Malaysia airports allow super early check in.

KLIA only one PPL and KLIA2 has a few.
KLIA only accessible if you are travelling to overseas and it is after immigration.

To add on, none of the online sites accepts PTPTN payment with credit cards. The only way to pay now with credit cards is walk-in to selected PTPTN branches and pay over counter.

You can check from the online portal also they will send via email which takes few days after it is up in the portal. I already received mine via email.

Of course you will need to register. If you visit the AEON page, you will see it: https://www.aeonmalaysia.com.my/ There is a "Register" button top left. It is a very easy process. The easiest among other cards that I have.

Yes. You can check statement, unbilled transactions there.

You are welcome but honestly speaking they really need to improve their service, statement takes few days to up though the statement cycle is until 10th....

Physical copy? Mine is email, though I can expect some delays for statement delivery.... But even viewing online also takes few days later...

Err.. Why want to copy? I don't know though because I seldom spend on AEON cards. Yesterday just swiped RM 750 and will try to use PosOnline method soon before VOX is gone.

I think I have an issue now. Though my AEON BiG card comes with PayWave but I don't recall activating anything with PIN nor change the PIN before.
CS only works until 11.00 p.m. so I can't get them... How to know ah? Test myself? Even that I also don't know the PIN to insert when next year comes.

When was your card issued? Mine was in March. I will check with CS too.

Yes, that's what I did for my AEON Gold replacement too. I haven't received my PIN & Pay for AEON BiG, I thought I won't be receiving but looks like I may receive now.
