I think 300m away from MRT with that price range its difficult to get.
With the fact that its so close to KL City and new project at the surrounding also above this price

Aiyo u cannot compare apple and orange la... Bandar Baru sentul with here... totally different. Somemore this is luxury condo by Asia Pacific Award Winning developer and very low density at 313 units only. smile.gif

A) Thats for commercial unit. Not commercial title. But this can be 35 years
B) Loan rate is same as its under HDA approval meaning for residential usage. No office or shoplot like mix development for this project.
Bank rate is roughly similar and also depends on your case. Main thing is your loan can be approve? Thats the main problem at this market.

the project sold about 10 units for the past one week. Its moving fast. Who interest better grab now. Still have some good unit.
