I think 300m away from MRT with that price range its difficult to get.

Aiyo u cannot compare apple and orange la... Bandar Baru sentul with here... totally different. Somemore this is luxury condo by Asia Pacific Award Winning developer and very low density at 313 units only.

the project sold about 10 units for the past one week. Its moving fast. Who interest better grab now. Still have some good unit.
