Guys help, I fucked up I think. Just received my Flash 2 today from Lazada. Playing around with the setting and shit. I tried using the lowest brightness on the slider to test it. Suddenly the whole screen went black, no display or anything. All external button is working, for example if I increase the volume it got the sound, if I pushed the power button it'll go reset but no display at all. Wtf happen? Lowest screen brightness = no display at all?

Edit: False alarm. Its the fucking auto brightness adjust thingy. I had to put the light sensor directly in front of a light source to fix enable the display before disabling that shit.

So you mean you need to put your phone under a bright light to fix it?
Would like to know your solution. Thanks

Yes. The light sensor part, near the selfie camera. I put it directly under a lamp, but others write if you flash a light from flashlight app also can. The problem is with the auto-brightness adjusting option. It'll fuck the display if you mistakenly manually lower down the brightness of the display to the min. I suggest to turn it off, better.

I think the sensor is not working perfectly.... should return to Lazada or maybe can just call alcatel service centre and ask what is the solution....

Is it me, or is the phone's touchscreen a bit inaccurate? like when I'm in whatsapp, and i tap the bottom for the keyboard to pop up, it takes a few taps for it to come up. i thought its a touchscreen issue, but when i activate the "Show touches" under the Developer option to check, it is indeed detecting at the right points. So...yea.

Also the whatsapp messages dont come in if the phone is left idle for awhile. I've disabled the battery saving features so can't be data being blocked while phone screen is off or something. Happens both on Wifi and mobile network.
