 Weird charged situation, Questions

Hi, all.
I am quite confused for my situation in the phone.
In the afternoon, I checked the balance as I wanted to purchase a prepaid plan.
The balance of my phone suddenly became 0.01, and
I am confused as I know there was some balance in my phone for yesterday.
So, is it possible for Maxis to show me the list for charged tanscation recently?
I am an customer for hotlink in more than 5 years and doesn't experience this situation.
Except, I received a weird local call(don't know who they are)(weird coz they speak so slowly that is controversy to telemarketing technique) recently
and is it possible when they call me and my phone will auto deduct the balance?
I'm in shock, if suddeny emergency, I don't have internet asage while my phone doesn't have balance, how am i going to call someone(police excluding)?
