QUOTE(Pisanggoreng @ Oct 8 2015, 02:16 PM) For sure yours already been accepted. oh, what I meant was I just tried to add the AS1M account under ASNB in M2U and the status is still "pending". Not applying for units. If unsuccessful they will return you the money next business day itself... Minus RM1.06 service charge.. The problem with m2u is they will never tell you whether your unit successful or not... The only way u can know if not succesful is the refund.. The only way u can know if successful is update your passbook.. I used m2u, the next day i update my passbook, it's already recorded in the passbook I think we need to have the AS1M account added before we can top up right? |

Am I right to say that the best time for investors to trade is on the 1st of every month when the seller and buyer will not lose any dividends to ASNB? Coz transactions on any other dates mean both seller and buyer will lose out the dividends on that particular month to ASNB.

QUOTE(Ramjade @ Oct 16 2015, 11:28 AM) I don't think so. I am guessing is just the worker's attitude and bank's policy on allowing opening or not. Obviously there's conflict of interest here between the agent banks and ASNB. What are the incentives of agent banks helping to top up or open new ASX FP accounts? Unlike variable price for which they earn commissions, I doubt they gain any benefits from fixed price transactions. Also if you can't top up you may leave the money with the bank in CASA or FD. |

Read in the Edge today that KWAP, Khazanah and Permodalan Nasional Bhd will each contribute 6bil to the 20bil valuecap. Any ideas where PNB getting the 6bil from? by issuing new units in the FP funds?

Since 1-Nov-2015 falls on Sunday, can we say that for November nobody can earn any dividend on buy and sell within the month? Or 2-Nov (Monday) is ok?

Anybody knows when is the actual day that ASNB credit the units for successful AS1M "tambahan" through M2U? Is it on the application day or the next day?

QUOTE(nxtpg @ Nov 3 2015, 12:23 PM) only tried 5k You tried 1 shot 5k? Is it either you get 5k or totally unsuccessful for online topup? In that case still better to try otc (can reduce the amount to strike available units).still waiting for the money to be refunded to the bank account... still not in yet how long this takes? maybe go otc n try then |
