QUOTE(Ramjade @ Nov 3 2015, 09:57 AM) Truesavers is a SA which gives 2.8% p.a regardless how much you have inside. No minimum amount, no need for monthly topup. So instead of your RM800 sitting inside a negligible interest saving account, at least by the end of 1 year. You get more money than if you put in normal SA. Can earn about RM20. Do not compromise safety. Ever.No I don't have. However I would recommend getting the fuel efficient perodua. Not sure what model it is. No need to waste money buying expensive imported cars when end of the day, both will depreciate in value. Car price should be total your 1 year salary. |

QUOTE(Ramjade @ Nov 3 2015, 01:26 PM) Why is your phone until rm100? Take the most basic. Rm28 package which comes with sufficient Internet for whatsapp. Do not need to sms and call when you have whatsapp. Phone I agree. But some important thing shouldn't be sent through WhatsApp. Meal and grocerries? Meals can be reduced to rm7/meal =Rm420(mixed rice stall). If you can cook, it will reduce your expenses further.Tesco, traditional pasar. Can't help you with car and condo. But me personally is pick one first. Don't ever attempt to buy both. Medical expenses go government hospital. Need to wait but able to save lots. For parents, if you don't have enough it's ok to give them lesser. Just tell them. Movies, who needs when one have Internet. Total savings = (rm100-rm28 = phone ) + (rm500-rm420= meals) + rm100 (use hlb wise) + min rm100 (medical expenses if go gov hosp only rm1-5) + rm30 (2 movies/month at rm15/movie) =rm382/month = rm4584 You can use the above dump into ASX FP or FSM UT earning about rm294 or rm458.4/year You need to give something to gain something. Car and condo. House will come first. Meals will be cook at home. But. Every single point change when you form a family. The only you can do is restrict yourself to save an amount every single month. That's consider real good. |

QUOTE(Hansel @ Nov 3 2015, 05:36 PM) The above is absolutely CORRECT ! Yes, esp when you save 1000 today. Tomorrow somehow kid want buy books. Need fork out again. Wtf ehhhhI have always said this,... one can always say that he can save this and he can save that,... but when he starts to fall in love and he wants to take care of his wife and his children, then all boulders start tumbling down. Try to think of strengthening your earning power when you are young, and not strengthening your saving power. |

QUOTE(Ramjade @ Nov 3 2015, 05:37 PM) Perodua axia is quite safe with dual airbags. Who ask one to drive like a speed demon? Even the best car also cannot help you. Dude, the axia to get the so call safety feature, you need to but the highest spec, 40k. Not worth! This is what happen now. Unlike cbu car like M2 M6 mistsu. They only have one variant and is full feature. Hmm, when you want to buy car, you really need to do a good research..... Taken from Wikipedia Bro, if I ma not mistaken umobile have Rm28 for 1GB. I think that is more than enough/month. I agree with you on family. Hence need to plan some more. Like M3 accord which is CKD, they have massive varient, from kosong to full. When I say kosong here, is really lacking some of the essential part. Lane watch, side curtain airbags, vsc vhc HCA whatever la.... they only have in highest spec. This is why I hate the way they promote car. You buy cheap, you lost, you buy expensive, you lost also. |

QUOTE(Mr Gray @ Nov 6 2015, 11:45 PM) My Portfolio allocation Mine now will be Tabung Haji: 27% ASNB FP: 50% ASNB VP: 4% US/European stocks via CFD derivative: 10% Savings/Current Account: 8%. I keep quite a big portion in TH, mostly for the reason that it is more liquid that ASNB funds (for emergency purposes), because I can withdraw using Maybank/Bank Islam ATM cards or transfer the amount to Maybank CASA account anytime. And the CFD part is only for experimenting purposes. ie, learning about investing etc. FP 65% VP 20% Actually I am able to move the 20% to the FP, but I see KLCI hit its bottom which is. 1600 pts. |

Mr Gray. I have one question that will arise massive interest here hahahahaha
Is PNB still heading positive and how is your professionals view on current market thus how PNB will gain in the favour of investors which will directly or indirectly to strengthen the relation between the investors and PNB it self? |
