i tot they required no ahli ???

yes twice i went to branch near queensbay and they did not try to open for me.
anyway some good news today

finally i managed to open asw today. i went to the other branch in seberang jaya.  i filled the application form and  took the number.  At the counter, i just passed the form to the guy and he did say need to try and hard to get. Then i told him few ppl managed to open last few days... nexona laa.. william laa.. ramjade laa...

actually a lot of work to open this account compared to asm. asm was faster. Anyway after that he tried... and i managed  to top up 4k into the asw.  Finally.... i have the ASW2020.  No more money for this month.... need to try next month for next round of top up

been wanting to ask... not sure if its personal. but, those who dont mind sharing, how many percent you have in SA, FD, ASNB, UT? is it safe to have like SA-20%, ASNB-80%? like whats your rule of thumb here.

feel like transferring all FD to ansb. not sure.
*
ASNB can withdraw anytimela.. so i treat as SA=ASNB ( emerncy fund la) if i manage to get. I also plan to transfer all FD to ASB when my FD time is up but still ASN is hard to buy compare to FD

How can you cannot save? Chinese new angpao (if you are Chinese), college money? If one don't do, pubs, smokes, movies, Starbucks, eat at fine places, buy latest gadget every year, buy rm100 clothes but instead buy pasar malam clothes don't drink  smoke, find "girls" sure can save substantial. Is whether one want to to enjoy when young or want to start early.

I choose to start early. No pubs, smokes, alcohols, karaoke, "girls", Starbucks, fine dining, latest gadget every year, rm100/clothes, movies also like only once or twice a year. One can easily save rm1k if like that. All my angpao money masuk FD. Never even spend a sen of it.

Even now, I live with 50% of what I get from my parents. Rest put into savings. Made to do with the 50%. Not enough money, need to think how to overcome that limit. Didn't even think about dipping into the 50% savings.

You need to give something to gain something! smile.gif
