I found out cheng branch their customer service not very friendly when i call to them , they first ask me whether i am premier banker or not , after i said no - said system offline.... After that i went to air keroh branch , so far not thing happen.

i only went cheng once to open account. the rest of my transactions done at maybank ayer keroh, maybank bukit baru and maybank mitc. so far so good.
