QUOTE(koolspyda @ Oct 28 2015, 04:45 PM) Every manager should be judged by his team performances on field. Yes, they are poor results so far. i agree. the whole team needs to get back in form and build back their confidence. we are playing like shit, and when we do show signs of improvement, suddenly 1 bad decision can pull us back down. I believe if we can snatch a string of good results, we'll back in business. just dont know when. Form is temporary, class is permanent. Look at jose's CV. look no further. Fans have to stick to their manager when it's moments like this else unfortunately the stigma plastic fans won't go. sorry, it was not intentional but on the context, true chelsea fans will understand. IF roman is obsessed with pep guardiola, fine, at least keep jose mourino until the end of the season, then do whatever he pleases. kucingmainan you mentioned its not really the injuries but it has in part jose's fault. I think everyone thinks their team plays awful when the results aren't going their way. not everytime a team wins playing beautiful football. The team isn't clicking atm. Chelsea needs a "leader" on the field. John terry cannot carry the team. It's not entirely jose fault. (i'm just saying). Perhaps Jose need to think outside the box a little. His situation isn't as in dire as Brendan Rodgers at LFc. i am still sticking with Jose, he is still the best man at the helm to turn this ship around. he knows how to win and he hates losing more than anyone. we need a long term manager, not 1 or 2 different managers every season. there will be ups and downs, and we need to stick together thick and thin. but another thing is, we have a history of a manager who only proves himself till his 3rd season and an owner that would fire a good manager for much, much less. we are basically in unknown territories. we'll just have to see in a few days. |

QUOTE(SyathibiyMegat @ Oct 31 2015, 10:59 PM) prob with mourinho is, he's too arrogant. didn't buy any new players during the long summer break? thats no trust, thats too stupid. even real, barca, psg, bayern, who are way stronger than chelsea, buy new players. theres no such thing as players will maintain the same form every single session. thats total BS not up to him to buy. he wanted to reinforce, board bought more kids instead. wanted from griezmann to stones but board too slow to move in transfer window |

QUOTE(Ichighost @ Oct 31 2015, 11:05 PM) could be too late 1 season. i feel our main problem is still our CBs. JT and Cahill not enough. even with Zouma as back up. keep leaking straight through the middle. our defense not sorted out, everything also fall apart. last season we defend as a unit, best defense in the league. attacked as a unit, even our defenders score more goals than other team's strikers. now cant even defend properly. |

QUOTE(wintzen @ Oct 31 2015, 11:27 PM) We fans are not stupid, he said that damn right. If Roman really sacked him, I'm just wondering who will be the one able to fill the shoes. The job is so insecure that even winning the BPL or UCL wouldn't guarantee your job. realistically, Ancelotti. but not sure if he even wants to join Chelsea again after Roman sacked him so abruptly. and... BR and maybe Moyes. Tim Sherwood? not sure who else is available. |
