New evidence regarding the incident involving Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho and team doctor Eva Carneiro has been submitted to the Football Association by Women in Football (WiF).

On Wednesday, the Football Medical Association (FMA) confirmed Carneiro's lawyers will handle her case after she parted company with Chelsea.

Most of the comments here failed to consider the facts and most peeps are just playing to the gallery. The doctor was reprimanded for a supposed wrong doing wether right or wrong doing. Instead of settling the matter internally she took to facebook to undermine her boss authority. Thats unacceptable. Then she was stripped of first team roles, instead of continuing her assigned duties she stopped doing her job..who does that.. Only Eva Carneiro.. while the other doctor , Jon fearn, who equally received same treatment continued going to work and performing his duty.. No one is talking about him here. So let her not only go to court she should go to the oracles.. In any organisation there are rule and channels for seeking redress and Eva failed woefully by going to facebook... No successful organisation runs on such animal arrangement.. If your boss offends you the best thing to do is seek redress or interview using defined organisational procedure not run to social media..I want to see who will employ her with this attitude after her appalling unprofessional conduct
