Ipad mini 2 wifi connection slow

Hi guys , jut got myself an ipad mini 2 wifi version, I found that it's very slow when I connect it to my home wifi, but the other devices perform great under the same wifi.
I tried reset the network setting, bit it doesn't work, can anyone suggest me a solution for this? Thanks |

After I switched it to open Dns, thing get slightly better, can watch YouTube , but downloading apps slow compare to my android hp. |
