i spent 30 minutes to talk with her giving all the valid reasons why i need it but she still unable to give. she said their system can't view it and she needs to request from the merchant and which the merchant will question her why she needs it.

yeah, no doubt hlb is the fastest one without any question. aeon ok too but will question why i need it.

but one thing she told me was that if you can prove that you go for dining but the merchant used a terminal which was non-dining, you can always call and mbb cs will give the cb to you. the best example is starbucks which should be under mbb2amex dining category 5813. so if you use mbb2amex at any starbucks that have their terminal not under mbb2amex dining categories, you can always call the cs and get your cb.
